Browsing the website

PropCebu introduces personal support and property guidance in Cebu. You can read the pages without creating an account, making a payment or providing your name. There is no customer account area or public property submission database on this version of the website.

The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include advertising pixels, Google Analytics or a marketing mailing-list form. Animation and menu settings are held only while the page is open; they are not saved by the site in browser storage.

Loading a website still involves technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and requests for pages and images. The hosting provider may process connection and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Browser caching and the policies of external services are separate from the website’s own forms.

02 / BEFORE YOU SEND

Preparing a message

The contact form helps you put together your name, the kind of help you want and a short message. The property introduction form can also include a location, property type, optional price information and a link to photographs. Please share only information you are entitled to share and only what is needed for an initial discussion.

Typing into these forms does not submit the contents to a PropCebu server. The current website has no form inbox or enquiry database. Your browser may offer its own autofill or restore previously entered fields; those features are controlled by your browser.

Choosing Continue in WhatsApp passes the prepared text to WhatsApp in a link. This transfer happens when you open WhatsApp, before you choose whether to send the chat message. You can review, edit or discard the text there. Opening the link does not automatically send a message to Ladie Lee.

Choosing Save a draft downloads a text file to your device. It does not send the draft to PropCebu or WhatsApp. You control that file and any copies in your downloads or device backups. Delete it when you no longer need it, especially on a shared device.

03 / A PERSONAL CONVERSATION

Continuing in WhatsApp

If you send the message, Ladie Lee receives it at +63 995 950 4514, together with the contact and profile information WhatsApp makes available in the conversation. The purpose of the enquiry is to understand the help you want and discuss a possible next step.

A message is not a booking, a medical consultation or permission to publish a property. Before sharing documents or arranging help involving another person or provider, discuss which information is needed, who needs to receive it and how it will be handled.

Messages you send can remain in the recipient’s conversation and in copies or backups managed through WhatsApp or a device. Removing a draft from this website does not remove a message already sent. Contact Ladie Lee if you want to ask about information held in the conversation or request its correction or deletion. WhatsApp applies its own rules to data it processes.

04 / SERVICES BEHIND THE PAGE

External services

• Hostinger hosts this website. Its infrastructure delivers pages and may process technical connection, security and access data. Read Hostinger’s privacy information.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on these pages. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which exposes connection information such as your IP address. Read the Google Fonts FAQ.
• WhatsApp opens when you choose a WhatsApp contact link or continue with a prepared message. Its services and international processing are governed by the applicable WhatsApp privacy policy.

These providers may process information outside the country where you are visiting the site. Their notices explain their own processing and retention. Links to official organisations and local places also take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Your information & choices

You can browse without using the message forms, open a direct WhatsApp conversation, or save a draft locally instead of sending it. Before continuing to an external service, check that you are comfortable with the information in the message and that service’s privacy practices.

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, and ask about deletion or object to a use of your information. The rights and limitations that apply depend on the relevant law and circumstances. A request may require enough information to identify the relevant conversation; do not send a passport or other identity document in your first message.
